Hello! I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) and have more than 10 years of experience working with clients and professionals in the public service, hospital, and community sectors.

I provide therapy for children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of psychological conditions and mental health concerns.

In addition, I am passionate to work with individuals who simply desire to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, and lead more values-aligned lives.

We all deserve a compassionate and safe space to learn to embrace ourselves and our lives, despite inner and outer imperfections, as well as build resilience and thrive.

Outside of private practice, I teach at Singapore University of Social Sciences and James Cook University.

I am also available for other professionals engagements, such as clinical supervision, training and talk.
